Act of sexual abuse
Sexual assault is defined as an act of sexual abuse where one person intentionally touches another person sexually without their consent, or coerces someone into engaging in a sexual act against their will. It encompasses a range of unwanted behaviors, including unwanted kissing, groping, or any non-consensual sexual activity. Essentially, it refers to any form of sexual violence or abuse that involves physical contact between the perpetrator and the victim.

What is sexual assault?

Having sex with someone without their consent/when their not able to consent;

    1. If they don't give an explicit yes/to having sex with you.

    2. If they dont stop when you tell them too, at any point.

    3. Forcing sex of any kind on someone when they already said no.

    4. Pressuring or conversing somone into sex/wearing them down.

    5. Put them in a power Dymatic (being their boss, older relative, paying them $ they rely on to survive) and asking for sex knowing they cant say no.

    6. Having sex as an adult (someone over age 18) with anyone under the age of 18, even if their 16, or 17 in a state where its legal.

    7. Having sex with someone where your not trying to get pregnant and you try to get them pregnant anyways; “Baby trapping, stelething, don’t wear a condom* 

    8. Lying about not having an STD and having sex and knowingly passing it on

    10. Ignoring someone’s safe word in a kink scene
