Here's a list of places in New York City with public computers for anyone to use. Click on the links below for more information. As well as free printing/headphones, free wifi, and places to buy quality computers for cheap ($40-$90).

THE CENTER https://gaycenter.org/ (The LGBT Center on 13th Street) does free printing, free Wi-Fi and free computer use in their large lobby computer lab.
