1. An Easy Guide to Finding and Using Coupons
- Coupon databases/websites: Websites like Coupons.com, The Krazy Coupon Lady, and Coupon Cabin compile printable and digital coupons for various brands and stores.
- Retailer websites & apps: Your favorite stores' websites and apps often feature digital coupons that you can "clip" to your store loyalty card, according to WCPO 9 News.
- Loyalty programs: Sign up for store loyalty programs, which frequently offer exclusive coupons and discounts to members.
- Newspapers & flyers: Check your local newspapers, particularly the Sunday edition, for coupon inserts. Also, keep an eye out for store flyers that may contain coupons.
- Manufacturer websites: Visit the websites of brands you frequently buy to see if they offer digital coupons.
- Product packaging: Sometimes, coupons are attached directly to products.
2. Understanding coupon types
- Manufacturer coupons: These coupons are issued by the brand and can be used at any store that accepts them.
- Store coupons: These coupons are issued by the specific retailer and can only be used at their locations.
- Digital coupons: These are electronic versions of coupons, accessible through store apps or websites, and are typically loaded onto your loyalty card.
3. Strategizing for savings
- Stacking coupons: Combine a manufacturer coupon with a store coupon on the same item for maximum savings. This strategy is referred to as "coupon stacking".
- Match coupons with sales: Hold onto coupons until the item goes on sale, then combine the coupon with the sale price for even greater discounts.
- Double coupon days: Some stores offer "double coupon" deals where the value of a coupon is doubled, according to HowStuffWorks. Check your local stores' policies for these special events.
- Shop around: Don't be afraid to visit different supermarkets to find the best deals and sales on your favorite products.
- Buy in bulk: When you find a good deal on items you frequently use and that are non-perishable, consider stocking up.
- Digital coupon organization: Utilize the features in grocery store apps to search and save digital coupons.
4. Tips for success
- Read the fine print: Carefully examine each coupon for expiration dates, restrictions, and any requirements like minimum purchases.
- Understand store coupon policies: Review your chosen store's coupon policy regarding stacking, doubling, and other rules to avoid issues at checkout.
- Organize your coupons: Keep your physical and digital coupons organized so you can easily access them when you shop.
- Use coupons for items you need: Avoid buying things you don't actually need just because you have a coupon.
- Be courteous: Be polite to cashiers and other shoppers. If there's a dispute over a coupon, remain respectful and ask to speak with a manager if necessary.
- Don't engage in unethical practices: Never use fake coupons or try to use a coupon on an item it's not intended for.
By implementing these strategies and being mindful of coupon ethics, you can become a smart shopper and significantly reduce your grocery expenses.

And daily Food Reminders for all you Awsome New Yorkers out there:
1. Being Heathy is important but heathier food is harder to find (less condivient) and more expsive and eating a good diet isnt the only thing you can do to be heatly, you can also exierice, start ozempic, have heathy sleep, skin, realtionships, sex life, mental heath, ect. You shouldnt only eat junk food but espcially if you have a busy secule, senory aversions to lettuce, and certian heatly food, or live in a food desert, ---Dont beat yourself up if you cant eat healthy all the time, your body is your buniss your not eating or living for anyone but yourself, dont let pepole judge you and dont jduge or be too hard on yourself for your food choices, or for cpatsisim forcing you to have fewer options of food you can afford, Life is short, enjoy food enjoy the simple plesures, dont have so much guilt over food, that is so over. Loving food, savoring each taste, eating food thats heathy to your abliity, and not caving in to reveolve your whole life arround heathy eating to meet sosictys standard of asthtic thiness, and anti fatnness, Enjoy food you love, expand your pallate, eat your favroite food, treat yourself too food that you dont get to have too often,Loving food and loving life is in fashion.
2. Being fat is not a bad thing, and has often very little to do with ones health. Fat pepole are sexy, and awsome and if your fat, you genuinly dont have to spennd your whole life breaking yourself over trying to be thin, even if your fat and unheathy you deserve love, respect, empathy and shouldnt tollrate strangers or even family members pryinng into your heath without your consent. You dont have to tolrlate unwanted feedback, from ignorant faatphobic pepole, whaty you eat and what you look like are no ones bussnis but your own, and they should butt out.
3. Aliergies are not a woke consiterition, or a joke, they can kill people. Whenevr you buy food for other pepole espcially for. aparty or potluck, make sure you find out aliegries, if anyones Vegan or kosher so you can buy incuksive options too.
4. You dont need to try new foods to be a foodie (shout out to my austsic homies, who eat the same meal every day since they were kids) Not everyone wants to try new foods, and if they do they shouldny be pressured too.
5. Junk food isnt a sin...youll live.
6. If you are a man, on a date, and you wanna split the check, thats not cheap, por a red flag. Pepole be broke yo, if anything ist a green flag becuase hes not folloowing the ridgid gender roles that men have to PROVIDE for their submissive helpless gf, a woke view of gender roles most girls LOVE.
6. If you dont like somones cooking...its not rude to say so, espcially if your aistsic and have no filter, truly honesty is not rude. If they cant take cristsim or a diffrent opinion about their FOOD, they are a pussy and you probally should judge them if not never hang out with them again.
7. If somone is beating you up, or trying to fight you --Great tip for uncovential self defence, shove whatever food your eating into their face/dump it in their head---so you can eascape. If you wanna get really crazy, shove it in their pants.
8. Chewing with ones mouth open can be seen as rude, and gross but in reality alot of austsic pepole cant help it, and it shouldnt be so sitgmized. Just becuase somone is doing somthing you dont understand, or view as socially off, doesnt give you permission to shame, judge and yell at them (all things that have happend to meeee)
9. Sex candy is dope.
10. If your a white person and you dont like spicey food, thats not racist, its a prefence. Respect pepoles bodunries, if you sneak hot sause into my food, I will murder you in cold blood. (more like cold sause)
11. White pepole "seasonless" food jokes are funny, if your white and you think thats "reverse racist" or you cant take a joke, maybe, just maybe, your a little bitch. And also could stand to improve your cooking a bit.
12. Not knowing how to cook is not a sign of somone being childish, imature, a spoiked brat, or anything of the sort. Lost of ausstic pepole simply never learned, or were able to have anyone to teach them a life skill that they werent aquipt to learn by themeslbves. (cooking is dangrous many are afraid of knives, and stoves, cooking is calstophic, too many smells, textures, mess, and diffuclt percion of mesurement, many ausstic pepole cant cook) So quit judging not everyone has the same skills or ablities, or deveops at the same pace, if you can cook great, if you cant doesnt make you inferrior, it just means...you cant cook.
13. Tipping is nice, its seen as expected, but not everyone can afford to tip. yes its alot of the waiter /doordashers pay, but some pepole cant afford to, can barley afford the meal out for whatever reason, and low income pepole shouldnt be shammed for not tipping, in fact no one really should unless your like obvioisly rich and just being stingey.
1. Give homless pepole food! If you have leftovers you dont want---there you go, dont throw out perftecly good baked Zetti Kyle!!! Also give them money if you can afford it.
2. Food posining is very common, dont eat rotton food, experinced milk or moldy fruit under ANY CURMSTANCES.
3. Dont eat choclate arrond dogs, it will kill them, espcially if its not your dog.
4. When at Bars, never leave your drink untattaneded, (learn how to tell if a trink was ruffied, or get that pill that yoiu drop in a drink and it shows you)
5. Eating when your full out of habbit is fine, but iyts best to only eat when your hungry not just bored or anxious, I understand alot of austsic pepole cant tell when their hungury or not, but getting in tocuh with your body more and thinking of otyher thinbgs you coukld do to self south, aside from eating--and do that first, is always good.
6. Foods I hate that if you like I can never look at you the same way again.
Musatrd
Hot suase
Wasabee
Horseraddish
unflower seeeds
Cashews
Colslaw
Patao saldad
Ew, just ew, wtf?
7. Chicek Soup is Objectivly what you give somone if they have a cold. Trust me, it helps.
9. Guaucomili goes bad if you leave it out for even an hour.
10. Never eat after denial sugrury, or before bottoming. Espcally if you dont have time to doche, and hes over 7 inches.
11. Eating wedding cake alone is objectivly cunt.
11. Food is the window to the culture and the soul, so why is it so DANM EXPERSIVEEEEEE!!!!!! if you have the Plesure of eating your moms or boyfreinds moms cooking every once and a while even if its gross BY GOD TAKE IT, its a free meal.
11. Going on a date with somone your not really sure about just for teh free meal becuase they offered to pay first, is...a lil shady but I feel like all teh grillies do it, so I cant hate on it. Hell ive done it myself.
12. food should be free, likea. human right...like housing, clean water, medcine and...education. Danm I wish I lived in finland.
13. Dim Sum is my weakness.
14. Eating food in. bedis not cringe, its a vibe. A lil messy but you know, so is life.
14. Table manners are aa MYTH!! Obviously be nice. and kind if your at a dinner aprty, but elbows off the table, speak when your spoke too? use this fork for this this spoon for that. BROTHER< WHO CArES!!!!!!
14. You need a balanced diet --But it deosnt have to be perfectly evenly balanced. Like mushrooms, are vegtbales too, If you have some cherry tamtaos and carrots, and also some fruit like. a peach---and then have like chiceken, or pizza and reagaur food, (carbs and meat) and sugar and fats, balace it out with drinking pleaty of water and getting at least 3 days of exerice a week, your golden!!!! Youll loose waight over time if you do that,( you dont have to live at the gym or starve yourslef--baby steps, no pressuere your icnonic weather your a heath nut or a junk food junkie) You will loose waight if you do that, and more imprtanly you will be truly heathy, espcially once it goes into your rourtine, so you get USED to new heathy habbits, ----your skin, your moods, and your engery levels will all improve.
